Nudgeswipe (nudgeswipe.com) is run by Emre Güney in London, UK. This page covers the website, the newsletter, sponsor payments and the Nudgeswipe MCP server / ChatGPT plugin. Contact: support@nudgeswipe.com.
Browsing the site
There are no accounts and no advertising trackers. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, to count page views and a few events (share-button clicks, clicks on the Advertise page and sponsor checkout links). The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard request data such as IP address and browser type to serve pages and keep the service secure.
Newsletter
If you sign up, we store your email address in Resend, our email provider, so we can send the weekly newsletter. We use it for nothing else. Every issue has a one-click unsubscribe link. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it; email us and we will delete it.
Sponsor payments
Sponsor slots are paid through Stripe payment links. Stripe collects and processes your payment and contact details under its own privacy policy; we receive the details of the purchase (such as name, email and amount) so we can run the slot, and keep them as long as needed for our records and tax obligations. We never see your full card number.
MCP server and ChatGPT plugin
The Nudgeswipe MCP server (nudgeswipe.com/mcp), used by the ChatGPT plugin, only reads our public bias and teardown data. It needs no sign-in, asks for no personal data, and does not log or store your queries. Links it returns carry UTM tags (such as utm_source=chatgpt) so our cookieless analytics can count visits from it. Your conversation itself is handled by the AI provider you use, under its own policy.
Who receives data
Only the processors named above: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Resend (newsletter) and Stripe (payments). We don't sell or share personal data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@nudgeswipe.com. If you're in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
